Bridge humbucker, featuring Alnico 5 magnets, with high output, designed to emulate the famous Super Distortion sound, sounds thick and warm, with humbucker-signature thick, boosted mids; fat highs; and killer lows, great for distortion, hard rock or metal
  • Polepiece spacing: the neck is 50mm (1-31/32 inch), the bridge rail length is 62mm(2-7/16 inch), mounting screw holes spacing: the neck is 71.6mm (2-13/16 inch), the bridge is 43mm (1-11/16 inch) and 30mm (1-3/16 inch)
  • Resistance/inductance(neck/bridge): 8.2K/13.2K, 2.2H/10H. Tolerance: single coil 0.5K, humbucker 1K. The resistance value will change according to temperature and humidity. Usually, the resistance value will be high in hot and dry weather, be low in cold and wet weather. In extreme cases, the resistance value tolerance will be greater.     Lots of bang for your buck.

    It’s a very good sounding pickup. I have a treble bleed attached to it. I’m sure there will be those who dislike it. If you’re a died-in-the wool chicken picker, look elsewhere. I like the fact that the bridge pickup is a dual rail. It’s powerful yet clean. I’m thinking this will be wonderful for recording. I’m not a purist; I leave that to the purists who are good at being purists. Overall a damn good pickup that doesn’t require a bank loan.
