Live Shipping Fee for each order

 

We calculate your shipping fee based on your order weight, destination, and your shipping option. You can see this shipping cost in shopping cart page in real-time, before you check out and pay.

In some cases, you may purchase an item that ships separately due to large size or unconventional shape.  In these cases, the actual shipping amount may vary from what is displayed on this website. 

 

Tracking your order

 

We provide a tracking number and its tracking website for every order.

We will update tracking information by email, also it will stay in Your Musiclily account > order history

If you cannot track your order, please contact us firstly.

 

Order Status

 

Pending - order is placed without a payment.

Processing - your order is payment cleared. We will process your order; you can count shipping date from this status.

Shipping - we sent your order out, it is on the way. Tracking information will be given in this status.

Partly Shipping - Sometimes your order is partly out of stock temporary, so we will split the order to multiple shipment. Each shipment will be given tracking information.

Cancelled - order is cancelled, we will refund you.

Refunded - there is a money we refunded you for this order.

PO Boxes and Real phone number

 

Large product does not deliver to PO Boxes; so, customers must specify a residential or commercial address.

You must provide a Real contact phone number which we can reach you.

 

Order Delivery date

 

Normally, we deliver to US/Canada/UK/Europe/Austrlia/Japan in 7-20 days; 7-20 days to Asia country, and 20-40 rest of world like Brazil and Russia. 

 

Dimensional Weight, Remote Area and Inaccurate Website Shipping Rates

 

DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT use the package's dimensional weight to calculate shipping rates. Orders containing large or irregularly shaped products that are shipped with an expedited method may result in higher shipping costs that cannot be calculated by our website at the time of checkout. Items known to increase the cost of expedited shipping methods include bodies, necks, fret wire, truss rods, pickguards, and pickguard blanks.

 

Also, they charge extra shipping fee to some Remote Area, mostly, they are in East Europe, Africa and South America.

For both cases above, we may contact you for extra shipping fee payment as our Live shipping fee system cannot calculate it.

 

Order and item package

 

Most small orders will be packed by bubbled envelope. Most large order will be packed by hard paper box with bubble.

Most items will be packed without our logo. Package List will be put in one of package box. 

 

Delayed Processing

 

Musiclily may contact you to request more information or feedback from you prior to processing your order. Failure to respond to these information requests may result in unnecessary delays in processing your order. 

 

-Some ordered items are out of stock temporary

-Verify your billing or shipping address

-Confirm recipient availability

-Request your preference in handling a product not in stock

-Address security or fraud concerns

 

 

Redirected Packages and re-delivery

 

Packages that are redirected or intercepted after shipment due to customer error are subject to an extra delivery intercept fee. This fee is charged by shipping agency, not Musiclily.
