1. Shipping Cost Calculation
Your shipping fee is calculated in real-time based on your order's weight, destination, and selected shipping service. You can view the exact shipping cost on the cart page before checkout.
If you purchase an item that requires separate shipment due to its large size or unconventional shape, the final shipping cost may differ from the amount displayed on our website. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the charges.
Note: If an order is split into multiple packages due to our fault (such as out-of-stock items, packaging issues, etc.), you will not need to pay any extra fees, and we will cover any additional shipping costs.

3. Order Status Explanation
- Confirmed: The customer has placed an order, but the seller has not yet shipped it.
- On its way: The seller has shipped the order, and it is en route.
- Out for delivery: The package has arrived in the customer's area and is being delivered.
- Delivered: The customer has received the package.
- Attempted delivery: The courier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful.

5. Delivery Address & Contact Information
Large items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.
To ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery, you must provide a valid, reachable phone number.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
We are committed to efficient order processing. The following are common logistics reference timeframes (calculated from the date of shipment):
- Standard Shipping
- North America: USA, Canada, Mexico, 10-15 days
- Central Europe: Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Finland, etc., 10-15 days
- Eastern Europe: Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, etc., 10-15 days
- Other European Countries: UK, Switzerland, Norway, etc., 10-15 days
- Southern Europe: Spain, Portugal, Greece, etc., 10-15 days
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, 10-15 days
- Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, etc., 10-15 days
- Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel, Turkey, etc., 10-15 days

2. FedEx Express Shipping: 5-10 days for all countries and regions
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, and carrier efficiency.
7. Dimensional Weight, Remote Areas & Additional Fees
Dimensional Weight: Couriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx calculate shipping costs based on the greater of the volumetric weight or the actual weight of the package. For expedited orders containing large or irregularly shaped items like guitar bodies, necks, fretwire, or pickguards, the actual shipping cost may exceed the estimate provided at checkout. Should this occur, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference.
Remote Area Surcharge: Logistics carriers impose additional fees for delivery to certain remote areas (primarily in Eastern Europe, Africa, and South America). You can refer to this link for a general guide: http://www.trackingmore.com/remote_area-en.html. If your address is located in a remote area, we may contact you to collect the applicable surcharge.
8. Packaging Information
Retail Orders: All retail orders will be packaged in our standard retail packaging featuring the Musiclily logo.
Wholesale Orders: For wholesale orders, the packaging (either bulk packaging or retail packaging) will be arranged by our warehouse based on operational availability. Please note that wholesale packages may not always carry the Musiclily logo.
9. Order Processing Delays
In certain circumstances, to ensure the smooth processing of your order, we may contact you to request additional information. Failure to respond promptly may result in delays. These situations include:
Some items in the order are temporarily out of stock;
We need to verify the billing or shipping address;
We need to confirm the recipient's availability to receive the package;
We need your preference on how to handle an out-of-stock item;
Verification is required for security or fraud prevention purposes.
10. Package Redirection & Re-delivery
If a package is intercepted or redirected after shipment due to customer error (e.g., an incorrect address requiring a change), the logistics carrier will charge an additional package intercept/redirection fee. This fee is incurred directly by the carrier and is not covered by Musiclily. The customer is responsible for paying this fee.
11. Shipping address information note.
To ensure the safe and successful delivery of your order, please take note of the following when providing your shipping address:
- No P.O. Box Addresses: We cannot ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. The compartments are typically designed for standard mail and are too small to securely accommodate the size and shape of our guitar accessories. This often leads to carriers leaving packages unattended outside the box, which significantly increases the risk of loss, damage, or misdelivery. If you choose to provide a P.O. Box address despite this notice, you assume full responsibility for any resulting delivery issues.
- Accurate Phone Number & Email Required: Please provide a valid phone number and email address with your order.
Your phone number allows the carrier to contact you directly for delivery coordination or if there are issues finding your address.
Your email address is used by the logistics provider to send you tracking updates and to communicate about any potential delivery exceptions.
We respect your privacy. Your contact information will only be used for shipping-related purposes and will not be shared for marketing or other unrelated activities.
