  • Shipping& Third-Party Delays: Musiclily guarantees the timely processing and dispatch of all orders from our warehouse. However, please be advised that carrier-related delays (including but not limited to customs clearance, international transit bottlenecks, and local postal service disruptions) are beyond our contractual control and do not constitute a breach of service.
  • Pre-order & Lead Time Policy: Certain products are designated as "Pre-order" or have extended lead times (typically 2–5 weeks), as clearly specified on the individual product pages. It is the sole responsibility of the Dropship Partner to communicate these timelines to the end customer prior to the completion of a sale.
  • Order Accuracy & Inventory: While we maintain high-frequency inventory synchronization, Musiclily reserves the right to notify partners of stock discrepancies. We recommend verifying availability for high-priority or bulk orders.
