CTS pots - reliable, well-built instrument parts.

They are CTS pots, what more needs to be said? I've been using them in my little instrument repair shop for decades and I swear by them.

    Get these.

I am a fan of CTS Pots and through direct experience have noticed the tone of my guitars improve dramatically by replacing the stock pots with CTS pots. I recommend these.

Good pots, but the bundle is weak

I received the pots, but some washers and nuts were missing, so I have to buy more. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought this particular set.The pots are solid. They turn smoothly and work well when installed -- not scratchy off the gate.Readings were consistent across them all -- no weird variations. But, that hardware is pretty important...

    I'm happy so far !!

So far, so good !!! I just installed this pot into the bridge volume position on one of my Les Pauls. Two minor points worth mentioning ...1.) This pot is quite a bit lighter weight than the original Gibson one that it replaced. That surprised me a little. Time will tell if that's any sort of an issue.2.) I had to slightly widen the shaft hole in my guitar, to make it fit properly ... a 3/8" diameter drill bit was perfect.Sonically ... the "sweep" from 0 to 10 is exactly as it should be and it's very quiet.Just be aware that CTS, in this case, is not "Chicago Telephone Systems", as we once knew it or as you might think. These are Chinese made ... but, so what !!
