The plate looks decent, and seems to be holding up. My review is based solely on what it does for someone using small inserts and machine bolts. Due to the ideal insert size of 1/4" so that you don't stress the integrity of the neck heel, the machine bolts have to be 6-32. Unless you are using a truss head bolt, a standard machine bolt head on its own can pull right through the holes in this plate. This would not be an issue if they were using a harder steel. I solved the issue using a simple #6 washer. Conversely, the plate would get 5 stars from me had I used the simple wood screws supplied. One last word, even with a tight pocket, a guitar will still be more resonant with machine bolts and anchors then with wood screws. You may not hear this when plugged in, but you will notice the difference when playing unplugged.
