These work great as a flat-head replacement screws for the pickup rings on my Les Pauls. American LP's use flat head screws while imported LP's use round headed screws. These screws have a proper length to securely hold down the bridge pickup ring, which tends to be thicker and require longer screws. The set comes in two sizes, long and short. However, the two different lengths are not that drastically different so it was hard to tell them apart. Having 10 of each size, you can use them for 2 bridge pickups, 2 neck pickups, and one set left over that has two long and two short screws. I wish this set comes with 4 more screws (2 of each sizes) so that the screws can be used for three guitars with two humbuckers. Having only 20 screws means you can only used them on two guitars and four screws leftover. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the length of these screws and the flat screw head shape, and that's all that matters in the end.
