2 of the 4 tuners gear broke on the first tune. It is not a good product. I would really like my money back.

Excessive back and forth play on one tuner. About 30 degrees total. Would have return but had already discarded the original packaging before I noticed. Wish I keep the old ones.

One of these was defective right out of the box. The post doesn't wind when you're turning the tuning peg. I don't expect them lasting very long. I bought them a year ago and I'm just now installing them, so I'm well out of my return window. Not a huge loss but still annoying. I will say that they are a perfect drop-in replacement for an Ibanez SR506.

Love them. Strong and are good quality. Very smooth. As good as OEM on an Ibanez.
