Musiclily Pro 11-Hole Full Face Guitar Pickguard for EPI China Made SG Standard Electric Guitar

Got this pickguard for my custom made SG guitar and I really like how it looks on the body. The body's color is "espresso" which goes very well with the color of the pickguard. The pickguard is very well machined with no defects and smooth edges, with 4 plys which gives it more depth and is visually pleasing. It fit my custom SG guitar nicely and definitely took it to the next level. The white pearl is beautiful and really recommend it.

I don't have an SG to check how closely these holes match up to a proper SG. I got this because an SG is high on my list of next guitar builds. I have made 15 guitars so far and have some experience with various pick guards. I can say that this pick guard looks and feels as good as any other I have used. A solid choice, no complaints!

I have been burned in the past by purchasing off-market materials for my guitars but this Musiclily product (as is the case with their other products) is the real deal. The big issues I've faced in the past have been quality and conformity. Both were fully present here and fit my EPI SG well. Keep in mind that my SG was made in China. I'm not sure about the Korean made (pre-2004) or any other SG clone, but I can't speak to any other SG, but this pickguard fit well.I chose the Black Pearl and it matches great color wise to the guitar. The screws line up perfectly and it fits flush to the guitar. There are two layers of film on this, so make sure to take both off. The packaging actually says this which I did not see until afterwards.Great value for the money and I highly encourage shopping with Musiclily.

The pickguard is great. The material is thick and not cheap, flimsy plastic. A lot of people don't like pearloid but it really does hide dust and scratches from your pick when you're playing. Plus the guitar was already an ostentatious color, so why not push it a little further over the top?This was a perfect fit. All the holes lined up and there was no filing, twisting, or drilling new holes required. I'm very happy with this and the price is VERY reasonable. The pickguard came with screws (I just used the ones that came with the stock pickguard) and a bonus pick. I've purchased other Musiclily items before and I've been happy with them.
