One of the four I received was broken and simply didn't work.

Felt solid and looked well made but the sweeps are faulty. No gradual slope. Full to off and scratchy in between on all four. Not worth the effort to return. Disappointed. In the waste bin. Will not buy again. Have never experienced this with Bourns, CTS, or Alpha Pro pots.

I put these pots in a Strat build with 50's wiring and they rock! Volume adjustmernt is smooth and tone adjustment can be heard through the range as I turn the knob. They are also excellent quality. In fact, they look exactly like CTS pots except for the brand. Furthermore, the tolerance for my set is better than the advertised 20%. One of the pots is about 10% off but the other two are off by about 2%. I would definitely buy these pots again.
