Wilkinson M Series Low Gauss Nashville Sound Ceramic Single Coil Bridge Pickup for Tele Style Electric Guitar

I bought this for a Telecaster kit I built and the kit pickup was sorely lacking (no surprise) when paired with a PAF style humbucker in the neck. The Wilkinson had a higher resistance raring and better output, not to mention a more 'quacky' usually common to a Tele. It was still rated lower than the PAF, but it blended better and sounded great by itself. Most definitely a keeper and a great bargain, as most Wilkinson products are.

Great sounding pickup, great price, what else can I say.

Installed in the bridge of a Glarry tele copy. The factory pickup was assembled with coils out of phase with each other. Unfixable and sound like poo. Popped this one in. Fit perfectly. Sounds as expected. Great price.

I’m very pleased with the sound and low noise, vey balanced since it’s a ceramic pickup, don’t expect mid sound of an Alnico pickup

I put this in a T-type that had a P90 in the neck. The original pickup was too weak to match the P90 so I went with a hot rail but it lacked the Tele twang. Replaced it this morning with this unit and I could not be happier. Seems to be well built and had decent wire size so the install was quick. It matches the volume level of the P90 and has the twang I needed.
