Important Points Rewards Update: We’ve Fixed It! ⚙️

We recently identified a technical synchronization issue that caused purchase points for some retail orders placed between February 2 and May 24 to not display correctly.

The good news is: We have successfully completed a manual bulk-crediting process to return all missing points to your accounts!

Many of you have now been automatically upgraded to Silver VIP (Enjoy a 5% OFF on everything!).

Please Note: Orders placed after May 24 are fully covered under our fixed system and your points will be credited automatically once the standard 20-day pending period passes. (This program applies to retail accounts only; Wholesale/Dealer accounts are excluded).

What you should do next:

  1. Log in to your Musiclily account and open the Rewards Panel to check your updated balance.
  2. Because this was a massive manual bulk operation, if you notice your points for orders (Feb 2–May 24) are still missing, please don't hesitate to email us at info@musiclily.com. Once reviewed, we will manually credit them immediately!
