I was expecting full size black metal tuning machine heads. I received miniature plastic tuning machine heads. I have to return the defective product for a refund

These tuners seems well made, have a solid feel; not too tight, not too sloppy. The EZ lock feature seems logical but I probably won't use it as intended because I don't relish the idea of repeatedly jabbing the string under my fingernails while trying to unthread the tiny bit left after it breaks at the post. I use the locking wrap and I never have tuning stability issues. They look good too. They come with really nice beveled washers, five of which were black like the tuners and one of which was chrome. *BOOM* Three stars. I've been happier with a purchase...

I got these to replace the stock tuners on my Dean vendetta xm, they match the factory knobs almost perfectly. They are 19:1 ratio which is way better than the stock 14or15 turn. So far I ma happy with them, I'll update if I have more to say in the future.

Loads of slack in one tuner and they do not hold tune any better that £15 ones that I have bought for CBG duilds. Frankly not worth the extra. I regret buying them
