These control knobs are exactly as described.I've attached images of how they arrived.Being universal fitting, these knobs don't quite sit right on the pot splines. But, they do achieve the visual aspect and are packed well. They even give you a little bonus guitar pick

These are great. Good price and quality. I wouldn't say they are boutique/ultra high quality, but they are not cheap knobs and can be used in higher quality/expensive guitars. Really good for the price. No complaints. Just make sure they fit your pots.
