Welcome to the Musiclily Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By registering as an Affiliate or Ambassador ("Partner", "you") within our network managed via GoAffPro, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting.
1. Commission Structure & Group Tiers

1.1 Base and Milestone Rates: Your commission rate is determined by your assigned partner tier (e.g., Level 1). Musiclily reserves the right to automatically or manually upgrade/downgrade your tier based on your Lifetime Sales Performance or content quality.

1.2 Right to Modify: Musiclily reserves the right to adjust commission rates, tier thresholds, or structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the partner dashboard or email at least 7 days in advance.
2. Commission Calculation & Exclusions

2.1 Net Sales Basis: Commissions are calculated strictly on the Subtotal of the order (the net price of the products after any discounts, gift cards, or store credits are applied).

2.2 Exclusions: You will NOT earn commissions on:

Shipping fees paid by the customer.

Taxes, VAT, or customs duties.

Disallowed products or specific cleared items (if specified in your dashboard).

Refunded, canceled, or charged-back orders.

3. Order Tracking & Cookie Validity

3.1 Tracking Mechanisms: GoAffPro tracks referrals via personalized referral links (cookies) and exclusive assigned coupon codes.

3.2 Cookie Window: Our tracking cookie remains valid for 60 days. If a customer clicks your link and purchases within 60 days, you will receive credit, provided they have not cleared their browser cookies or clicked another partner’s link after yours (Last Click Attribution applies).

3.3 Coupon Code Tracking: If a customer applies your unique code at checkout, the sale is 100% attributed to you, regardless of cookie parameters.
4. Approval Windows & Holding Period

4.1 45-Day Safety Lock: All tracked commissions will initially appear as "Pending" in your dashboard. There is a 45-day holding period from the date of the customer's purchase before a commission can be approved.

4.2 Deductions for Returns: This window aligns with our international logistics and return policies. If a customer cancels an order, initiates a refund, or files a chargeback during these 45 days, the pending commission will be automatically voided.
5. Payout Thresholds & Schedule

5.1 Minimum Payout Threshold: The minimum balance required to trigger a payout is $50 USD. If your approved balance is below $50, it will automatically roll over to the next billing cycle.

5.2 Payout Schedule: Approved commissions are processed and paid monthly (typically by the 15th of the following month) for the previous month's cleared earnings.

5.3 Payment Method: All payouts are distributed exclusively via PayPal. Partners are solely responsible for providing a valid PayPal address in their dashboard and covering any standard PayPal transaction fees.
6. Anti-Fraud & Self-Dealing Policy

6.1 Strict Ban on Self-Purchasing: The Program is intended for commercial referral purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from purchasing Musiclily products through your own referral links or using your own exclusive channel coupon codes for personal orders.

6.2 Automated Detection: Our fraud prevention engine automatically monitors transactions. Any matching parameters between the partner and the buyer—including but not limited to identical IP addresses, matching credit card details, or identical shipping/billing addresses—will result in the immediate voiding of the commission.

6.3 Violation Penalties: Severe or repeated violations of this policy will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all accumulated unpaid earnings.
7. Keyword & PPC Guidelines (Search Engine Marketing)

7.1 Trademark Poaching: Partners are prohibited from bidding on "Musiclily" trademarked terms, brand names, or any variations/misspellings thereof on PPC search engines (such as Google Ads or Bing Ads).

7.2 Organic Traffic: You are fully encouraged to optimize your organic content (YouTube SEO, blogs, social media) using our precise hardware specifications (e.g., 52.5mm spacing, bridge configurations) to drive legitimate traffic.
8. Relationship of Parties
Participation in this Program does not create any employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and Musiclily. You are an independent creator, and you are solely responsible for any local taxes owed on your affiliate earnings.
