[{"title":"How much are the points worth? Are the redemption requirements high?","content":"

Our points are clearly valued: 100 point = 1 USD (1 point = 0.01 USD).

The redemption threshold is extremely low; you only need 100 points (worth $1) to start redeeming, and we support redemptions of any fractional amount (for example, 103 points can be redeemed for $1.03), ensuring that every bit of your effort is worthwhile.

"},{"title":"When will the points I earned from shopping be credited to my account?","content":"

To ensure your order is completed smoothly (no returns or refunds), points will be automatically credited to your account 20 days after the order status is marked as \"Completed\". Rest assured, your points will not be missed.

"},{"title":"How do I redeem my points?","content":"

Select the *Ways to Redeem* tab. Here, you'll find a list of all the rewards we offer. If you have sufficient points, you can redeem them for a reward.

"},{"title":"What do I need to do to upgrade to Silver or Gold level?","content":"

"},{"title":"Will my VIP level expire? Will my points expire?","content":"

Level Validity: Yes, your Silver or Gold level is valid for one year from the date you achieve it. After expiration, the level status will be removed, but—

Points Never Expire: All your accumulated points are valid indefinitely and will never be zeroed out. When you earn new points through purchases, the system will immediately reassess your total points and restore your deserved level.

"},{"title":"How do I restore my level after it expires?","content":"

You don't need to do anything complicated. Whenever you engage in any activity that earns points (such as placing a new order or writing a review), the system will automatically check your account's total points. As long as your total points still meet the requirements for the corresponding level (Silver ≥ 2000 points, Gold ≥ 5000 points), your level will be automatically restored immediately.
