    On the ball-end side, the holes are very irregular (see first pic) which may lead to the strings being fixed in an inconsistent manner. On the string side, the second string hole is corroded in some way (see second pic). Hopefully this will still support the string tension. Perfect fit on my late '90s Epiphone SG, but quality isn't what I expected for this brand, which I've often used.
