Good FUZZ but very saturated. Unless you want saturated and you can tell the differences between too saturated and way too saturated; its a useful pedal at less than a fourth of the saturation knob.The tone is so kick ass, that it makes up for that.It has a unique warm undertone tone to it.The octave switch gives it a niche sound, but its not a must have. I would probably still opt for a separate octave pedal, but the one on it gives a good indication of what that would produce.

Couldn��t resist this pedal at the price. I��m new to guitar and built a little budget pedalboard with a couple of overdrive/distortion pedals and the MusicLily delay pedal. The build quality out of the box was excellent, and they even included a 9v battery adapter, which was a welcome surprise, and some little rubber adhesive feet. And a free pick! None of the other pedals had those extras.It took a little while to figure out the settings, but once I dialed in a nice delay effect it really worked great with the overdrive pedals to get the sound I was looking for. No noise at all, which I think was to be expected.Also really like the color and minimalist graphics. Definitely would buy again from this company.

Pedal sounded good when I plugged it up. The circuit board is called ��godtone�� which is pretty ambitious, but it��s a great pedal for the price. The enclosure is very sturdy and the knobs don��t feel flimsy. I am amazed at the quality for the price. You can��t beat it.

UPDATE: Turned on my board this morning and had this ungodly squealing coming from somewhere in my chain. That's when I noticed some sparking around the power jack of this pedal. Promptly disconnected and threw aside. Plugged everything back in. Signal is cleaner than before. I had issues with the assembly of this pedal from the start and probably should've shipped it back when I saw the output jack wasn't even lined up with the hole in the metal case. This caused the plug to sit at a funny angle that could cause the barrel of the plug to arc with the metal case. I'm guessing that happened today? Idk but I'm done with it. Was a fun experiment. Getting a Horizon Devices Clarity Compressor now instead. I also added a pic of the misaligned jack.I bought this compressor to try after Guns and Guitars glowing review of it. It's a pretty decent compressor, I'm happy with how it sounds, but I do have some issues with it how it's made.Maybe it's just mine but the jack for a power supply is not lined up with the hole in the casing so my power supply cable has to go in at an angle and doesn't sit correctly.The other issue I have is the text for the LEVEL and COMP knobs is black... and it's printed against a pretty deep blue which makes it hard to read in low light. That's a nitpick though and after using it pretty extensively in the studio for a few weeks I've memorized which knob is which.Otherwise, the pedal is pretty solidly built. It has a nice sturdy metal casing. The footswitch is the older style, loud click kind of switch--not the silent switch like you find on newer, pricier pedals like the Strobostomp. For my purposes in the studio it isn't an issue so I don't mind but I know that's an issue for some people.Overall I'm happy with it and will be keeping it on the board!

It works fairly well and is inexpensive, red light doesnt work on mine which is irritating, but because its so cheap not gonna return it i plan to give it away and upgrade to the version with more knobs i always like more knobs...
