UGH!! Of course, always an issue

Got my tuners, they look good, have a great feel and seem like great quality. BUT, I installed the tuners with no problems until I got to the last one. The last tuner was stripped, it just turned and turned with the inner pincher not moving at all and set at full pinch . So I can’t even use it as a regular tuner. So now I have to look around for one lock tuner that matches or buy a whole set. Pisses me off!! I hate poor quality control.

Improvement over stock Epiphone tuners, but one issue

I got the cheapest Epiphone Les Paul on sale for $150. The stock tuners started rattling in two or three weeks, so I swapped them for these. (The stock tuners left 12 little screw holes to fill, and they dented the soft wood of the headstock, so I filled them and painted the back of the headstock black.) The extraneous noise is gone.Edit: these tuners lock well, but there is quite a bit of slack in the screw mechanism on a couple of them.

    Working for the Clampdown

I have had good results with Musiclily tuners and bridges. These are no exception. They are easy to install, work well, and look good. The locking mechanism holds the strings on the pegs securely. My guitar stays in tune longer than expected. That could be due to several things, but the tuners are a big factor. The 18:1 ratio makes tuning the guitar a breeze.Great tuners.

    Best budget tuners I've found

I've bought 140-ish guitars over the past few years. Many of those had tuner issues. I've tried a range of tuners from a variety of brands. Musiclily tuners have become my go-to for replacement, drop-in tuners. The locking knob works well, the gears are smooth and reliable. They always fit the holes nicely. Hard to go wrong with these.

    そう文句は無いが、若干チューニングギアの精度が甘い感じがする。あと、耐久性が心配。
