Artec HBB-XBB Ceramic Uncovered Adjustable Hexagonal Poles Humbucker Electric Guitar Neck Pickup 8.4K

Using this to replace the humbucker in my recently purchased Squire Debut HSS. Measured the resistance at 17.45 compared to the originally installed humbucker 12.05... Definitely hotter.Also I love the clean profile on this pickup. I previously bought the Artec Invader with the bulging bolts, but I closed it with a six hole brass cover. This invader with the cleaner profile looks too good to cover.I may even look to install the single coils with the same profile as this. I'll provide a future update once it is all buttoned upUpdate: She's all buttoned up for now. I changed out everything from the tuners, string tree and nut, down to the neck plate, back plate, pickguard with pickups, tremolo bridge and output jack. I have her wired in the following configuration using a 4 pole super switch:1 - Full Bridge Humbucker2 - Middle and Split Bridge (South Coil)3 - Middle4 - Neck and Full Bridge5 - NeckPosition 4 is now my favorite on this Strat, though I enjoy all of the sounds it makes in each position. This Artec Humbucker is heavy on the output and gives the neck more juice in position 4 with a nice sharp quack to it. I'd definitely buy this HB again.

Loved that they came with a wiring diagram. Excellent quality. Premium sound. 4-wire to allow installation options.

I have d activators...the real ones. They soundNot 'the same' but close enough that if you know how to eq a signal chain and your gear overall is decent...these sound really good.Pickups are simple, people .there is no monopoly on information. Fact is these Chinese pickups are amazing and if you're just about making music....youre saving money why do you hate these developments in the industry
