    Great pickup for the money

    Needed to replace the pickup in my Traveler guitar. Exact replacement. sounds good. Easy installation.

    Sends sound to the amp but is this a Pickup or a Microphone?

    They make sound, but incredibly microphonic, the slightest tap of the corner of the pickup with the pick for example sends a click into the signal coming through the amp. Not sure if wax potting would help, haven't tried that yet.

    Horrible quality control, no idea if they sound good

    First one of these I ordered (all black including the rails), the rails looked like someone took a small hammer to them because many parts of the rails were dented and not even black anymore. So I returned that for a replacement. The replacement took a fair amount of time to arrive. This one looked good, at least. Unfortunately it was a totally dead pickup. Installed it, tested the solder points for any cold or mis-soldering. All was good, except no sound whatsoever. I swapped in another random pickup I had lying around just in case.. Worked first time.So TLDR... 2 ordered, 2 returned. I give up

    Buen sonido a buen precio

    Si no tienes mucho presupuesto para invertir en la mejora de tu guitarra, entonces esta pastilla es para ti. El sonido es bueno, aunque emana un ruido horrible cuando tiene mucha distorsión y llega a haber contacto entre el músico y alguno de los polos de la pastilla. Por eso es recomendable hacerle un trabajo de shielding a la guitarra antes de instalarle la pastilla. Un aspecto que no me agradó es que tuve que lijar la boca del golpeador de mi guitarra para que encajara la pastilla, ya que está estaba algo grande. En general, es buen producto, aunque hay que hacerle algunas adecuaciones al instrumento primero.
