Musiclily provides a 3-Year Warranty on every guitar part we sell. We stand firmly behind the quality of our products and want them to support your musical journey without the worry of potential defects.

1. What Does This Warranty Cover?

Covered Products: All genuine items purchased through the official Musiclily website Musiclily.com

Coverage Scope: Defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to malfunction under normal use.

Warranty Period: 3-year coverage, starting from the date your order is delivered.

2. Simple Process: Resolved in 3 Steps

Our warranty process is designed to be straightforward and fast. You do not need to send the product back to us.

  1. Your Order Number (most important proof of purchase).
  2. The product name and a description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
  • Step 2: Quick Verification
    Our technical support team will respond within 24 hours (on business days) for a quick diagnosis.
  • Step 3: Direct Replacement
    Once we confirm the issue is covered under this warranty, our standard solution is to: Immediately ship you a brand new replacement of the same item free of charge. You do not need to return the original item.

(In rare cases where the product is discontinued, we will provide store credit of equal value or discuss an alternative solution.)

3. What Is Not Covered?

Please understand that the following situations are not covered by this free warranty service:

Accidental Damage: Physical damage from drops, crushing, or improper force during handling/installation.

Misuse or Improper Installation: Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or standard instrument installation practices. Please be careful as Musiclily will not accept responsibility for any damage caused or issues arising from your installation of this product.

Normal Wear & Tear: Such as natural magnet strength degradation in pickups, minor scratchy noise from potentiometers due to dust, finish wear on knobs, etc.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

4. About Costs

For all qualified warranty services, Musiclily covers all shipping costs for the replacement product. You will not be charged anything.

5. Your Rights & Our Liability

This policy is an additional customer care commitment from Musiclily and does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country.

Our liability under this policy is limited to the replacement of the product or providing equivalent compensation.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. The policy applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time you bought the product.
