They are perfect and work extremely well. The strap is secured tightly ensuring the guitar can never slip of the strap.

These Musiclily strap locks (also known as Marvel strap locks?) have become my favorite strap lock, even surpassing Dunlop. I like the big strap buttons and the big twisting knob looks nice on a strap. I've installed these on four different guitars and they always feel secure and sturdy. They look great and are well made.There's a few other reviews saying the screw holes in their guitars were too big, or the lock came right off? I attribute that to user error. If the hole in your guitar is too big, fill it first. That's not the fault of the strap lock. As for the lock coming undone, it probably wasn't engaged properly. Like I said before I've installed these in four different guitars and that's never happened to me.

use a $6 strap, that has leather ends, pick holders, leather strap for acoustic guitar, and the rubber strap locks. I strapped up, put on these “locking” strap buttons, and they immediately pop off on one end. I switched them, thinking one was bad. Again I strap up, lock it, and pops off, hitting my Tele sitting on its stand! DO NOT BUY! Anyone says there good, is lying! The pictures I posted, shows this lock that came with the guitar. The strap and rubber locks shown, cost me $4.99 free shipping, and Amazon sells the same one without rubber locks, picks, leather acoustic neck strap, and it’s the identical one I have, selling $20! Love Amazon, but you really can’t believe how well the rubber locks work, and the quality of a $5 strap!! Don’t buy those strap locks, please! I would hate for anyone to damage there instrument, or hurt themselves!

They're freakin garbage. Pure waste of money. Better off paying full price for something that you know will lock your guitar securely. I ended up finding my old dunlops at my brother's. I took off the crap and installed my old ones on my 7 string. I'll buy dunlop again when I get my 5 string bass.

These seem like really nice strap locks but I am returning two of the three I ordered (I kept one because I can not find the package it came in). because they can not be mounted on my basses due to the fact that the screws provided are too small for the existing hole and will not allow the install to be secure! The existing screws will not work with these (too big). So back they go.
