    Good replacement plate

Fit perfectly on a kit build Tele that I was upgrading the electronics on and the original control plate's holes were too small for the new pots.

Decent plate for a good price, but not compatible with 4 way switch

Bought and installed this plate easily on my Squier telecaster, but when I tried out a 4 way switch I am going to be replacing the stock switch with, the length of the slot for the switch lever is slightly too short. Works fine if you're using a regular 3 way switch but I'll have to return this to get one that works for a 4 way.I noticed that it had a very slight curve to it, bowing down at the center when laid face up on a flat surface. It's not noticeable on the guitar but I am concerned that this is putting some pressure on the screws at either end.

    Didn’t Fit Well

The holes did not line up. I had to drill out the volume and tone holes for the posts to go through. Tone knob is still a little off line.
