Really happy with these, they are more flexible than many so you can actually set you height well without putting pressure on the screws!

I bought these without realizing that I could make my own out of rubber tubing available for like a dollar a foot somewhere local to me. And I could make them the size I need.But having said that, these are alright. If you don't have a place that sells rubber tubing for cheap, this is probably a fine substitute. They're a bit short though. If you have pickups that you mount kinda low, you may need to use 2 on each mounting screw for added support, lest your pickup flops around and generates microphonics. No one likes a floppy microphonic pickup...

I do a lot of guitar maintenance, but don't like to spend a lot on parts that are generic in nature and cheap to manufacture. These mounting spring tubes are a good example. Priced great, work great, perfect for buying in bulk. Used the first set to repair my MIM Fender Strat as the originals had deteriorated and crumbled. Very happy with these.
