    I ordered these to replace the "black beauty" Sprague capacitors in my 71 Les Paul. I wasn't willing to pay the ridiculous prices being asked for N.O.S. or used items which may not last. I opened up my 80 335s and all they used in that were ceramic disc caps, just cheapo stuff. So if Gibson was doing that I wasn't going to worry about using these. Electronically, these are the same spec as the originals and sonically I can hear no difference. They sound exactly as they should. Delivery was quick and installation is easy if you know how to solder. Overall, I am very pleased.
