This loaded pick guard is absolutely the best! Dropped in easily, all holes lined up and it was very high quality. The sound improvement is unbelievable. I highly recommend!!

Absolutely awesome pickups!!!!!!Especially the bridge humbucker.

There was no expense spared on the parts or quality manufacturing of this loaded pickguard. From the clean, neat wiring, to the full sized pots, old style analog switch, to the orange caps and the braided cloth wire insulation. It sounds as good as any of the other loaded pickguards out there costing three times as much. It also comes with an input jack, extra white and vintage knobs and pickup covers! I also like the auto split humbucker option…all loaded pickguards should come standard with this option. I’ve always liked Musiclily parts, now I’m not going anywhere else.

Review is for Musiclily Pro Auto-Split HSS Loaded Pickguard ST Prewired Pickguard with Artec Alnico 5 Single Coil Humbucker Pickups for American/Mexico Import Squier Strat Electric Guitar....black color.1st let me say that I am not a pro player, just a beginner.Having said that, this is a dead simple upgrade to do, and will change the "tone" of your guitar for the better.....Need to clarify that statement. These pickups are "hot", meaning high output.I modded a Donner DST-100s, replacing the pickguard with this one.Was it a complete just take out and drop in? No, not for this model guitar. I had to drill new holes for almost all the pickguard screw holes, which I didn't mind doing, since you can't see the new holes anyway. I DID NOT need to dremel or mod any of the original cavities to make them bigger, this just fits. The control cavity is fine for this pickguard. I have an after market tremolo bridge, which WAS a drop in replacement, so if your Donner is original, you probably won't need to modify the bridge area, or pickguard for it to fit.Since I was doing this mod anyway, I took this opportunity to shield all the cavities with copper shield tape. This did make the guitar a bit quieter, and is very easy to do. Once done, of course checked everything again with a muiti-meter. All grounded fine. This Donner was always a bit noisy. Shielding helped.Anyway.....if you are looking at this you probably already know what to do for best performance.I love the sound that these pickups make, as compared to original. They are quite a bit louder or "hotter" than the originals, with more of a growl. The humbucker is quite loud...which is what I wanted. Watched a good video from the Bald Shredder on Youtube and he plays his modded strat with these pickups. The quality wiring and all the extras make this purchase well worth it. I don't think you will be disappointed with this purchase. Thanks Musiclily.I went through and checked ALL the solder joints and they were all spot on. Checked with a multi-meter, not just visually. Wiring is top notch. Everything grounded the way it is supposed to be, and working perfectly.

Great company to look for excellent work, the pick guard I’ve got is great , it sounds very good and of course if you look at the wiring job they have done is phenomenal I can’t even think how you could possibly make it better than it is . Look no further this guys will exceeds your expectations.
