I think these tuners might be the best deal on guitar locking tuning keys available right now. They are almost a dead ringer for the Fender locking tuning keys but with a blank backside of the locking wheel. They also have a single post height as opposed to two. They have a slightly more course ratio of 16:1 as opposed to 18:1. The playing is just as good though, they feel substantial, have no slack, and cost me just around Thirty bucks plus tax. The Fender keys in question I believe have an Amazon lowest price of one hundred and nineteen bucks. They are interchangeable as far as I can tell, as they have the samee two prongs that need holes for and as a bonus are packed on a sheet of material that has the locations for the holes punched through it making it a very handy little template. I think I'm going to see if they have them in gold and get at least one more set. Probably three more sets. Yes I have the 18:1Saphue and the Guyjers look like the Saphues and they are pretty good but I think these look better as a traditional choice. The three mentioned are all good buys. I have installed them but have not used them yet.
