I have a 7/8 size Ortega Nylon String guitar I bought on Amazon and wanted to change the string spacing a little closer together so it plays even more like a regular acoustic guitar. These fit perfectly and using an old nut as a template I carefully filed the new slots using only the miniature diamond files you can buy on Amazon for about $10, no need for expensive files for this application and I have used these files for years to carefully adjust and 'loosen the slots' of nuts on many of my guitars. I am a senior of almost 80 and played classical guitar for over 50 yrs, some nerve and tendon damage to my left hand has left my fingers unable to navigate the 2" nut size of a full size guitar, Ortega brand is not readily available in Canada so I was happy to find this vendor in New Jersey USA, and now I have a quality nylon guitar that I am happy with.Musiclily is a trusted vendor for me, they always come through with many fine items and their customer care is excellent.

Give plane away space for me to do all the masks I need and where I need them

Not as aged as stew mac's but still good for the price.

As long as you know how to shape and cut a nut, these blanks are good quality and oversized to accommodate shaping.
