Not bad but could be better

Why did you pick this product vs others?:overall build quality is decent.   These aren't machined perfectly and polished if you are putting it in your more showy guitars but overall quality isn't bad for the price.  If you leave the cover on the back anyways it doesnt matter then how it looks.  The two sides are machined pretty identical maybe a couple of twists off so one side looks just very minutely longer then the other to square it against trem block.   Easy to adjust spring tension and length.   They look decent but wish they spent like a few bucks more in laber to sand down the machining marks on the base plate which is a nitpick but would look so much cleaner that I’d think of putting these in my more expensive guitars.   I will try other brands too to see how these compare with the more expensive trem stops.

    Excellent stability

I've always used tremolo guitars because I always miss the tremolo when it's gone. However, since right after I got my first real adult guitar, I've been growing apart from them and I was becoming annoyed with myself for buying another tremolo. This made me love my best guitar again. Practically perfect tuning with the most aggressive low E pull ups. Resting my palm on the bridge is a non-issue. And I can still finish my phrases with real unison tremolo instead of surfy neck and chord bends.I'll point out that this makes your tremolo much less dynamic. You can't have your cake and eat it too. It springs back into place instantly with zero flutter, and subtle vibrato work around zero is kind of blocky if you're paying attention. This device makes tremolo blocking obsolete, but definitely not the bare tremolo.I used it on a normal stamped tremolo, and it feels like a great compromise. Sticking this thing on a Floyd Rose strikes me as a waste of something that's very good at what it's supposed to do.

    Dive Away!

After getting it installed and adjusted correctly, this has kept my floyd rose guitar in tune better than my hardtail telecaster with locking grovers! No matter how hard I dive bomb. Awesome. Be patient getting it adjusted. It will take some trial and error. If you are unsure, have a luthier install (it was about $75) and fine-tune yourself.
