    Haven't installed them yet, but they are not as smooth as they could be. But OK for the low price.

    Good enough

    Good enough for a Squier bass with those hideous tiny tuners. Used a 5/64 but for the pilot holes, a 11/16 step bit for the main holes and a small rat tail file to get it perfect. Made sure they were 90° to the headstock, and marked holes and installed them. The chrome doesn't look great, and they are a little stiff. Throw some oil on them. Overall not bad. Let's see how they hold up.

    Cheap made, doesn’t fit

    This does not fit a fender or squier jazz bass. Screw holes do not line up, retainers fall out, 2 of the first 3 screws broke off in the headstock while installing. The quality of these tuners are the worst i have ever seen. Buy a better brand

    息子のベースの為に購入、交換してみました。わたくし楽器に関しては知識ゼロですが、ネジや工具を扱うのは好きな方なので、ネットで検索しまくってやってみました。おそらくこの商品を購入される方は知識のある方か、知識のある方に交換を依頼される方がほとんどだと思うので、ここでは交換方法は記載しませんが、交換作業中に弦の巻き方や、ブリッジ、サドルの役目を知ったぐらいのド素人でも交換できました。ちなみに画像に写っているつまようじは、使用しないネジ穴を埋めているところです。既設のギアが割れてまともに調弦できないでいたので、交換して使える様になり、息子も喜んでくれました。
